StarNapp tests its CRM with Nautivela at the Barcelona Boat Show 2026

The Barcelona Boat Show 2026 was the setting for the first functional trial of our new CRM with Nautivela. During the show, we worked with customer information and boat catalogs, putting the tool to the test in a real sales environment.

The experience allowed us to compare our development work with the needs of the people using StarNapp and continue refining workflows alongside our customers.

What we tested with Nautivela

Nautivela has been involved in shaping and refining StarNapp's CRM workflows from the start. At the show, the trial included:

Working together in this setting helps us assess how the CRM fits into a marine business's sales activities. For us, collaboration is an essential part of development: listening, testing and adapting the tool to the industry's workflows.

A marine ERP that grows alongside its customers

The show also gives us an opportunity to demonstrate how our ERP, designed specifically for the marine industry, works in practice. Businesses can explore its workflows with our founders and discuss their needs face to face.

This joint effort between customers and providers shapes a tool designed to solve everyday problems simply and intuitively. We want everyone, from managers to mechanics, to find support for their daily work in StarNapp. A tool that supports without weighing you down.

What's next: the ports and marinas module

During the show, we also shared progress on our ports and marinas module, which we have been designing with OCIBAR throughout 2026. Its launch is planned for the coming weeks.

Our meetings over these days have allowed us to build new relationships and hear from businesses interested in learning more about this new offering.

The people behind the software

Spending time with customers, future customers and friends is one of the most rewarding parts of the show. Beyond algorithms and bits, StarNapp is backed by people committed to improving the way the marine industry works.

We also take away memorable encounters, such as meeting sailor Juan Merediz, a sea lover and adventurer who has shared his curiosity about StarNapp with us. These are moments that become part of our logbook.

Every trade show begins with questions and uncertainty, but also with enthusiasm. Meeting those who already trust us and those getting to know us turns that uncertainty into new challenges and opportunities to keep improving.
